Wellington Park is located in Overland Park, Kansas.
Wellington Park has an accessible family-friendly living environment. Homeowners enjoy a large pool, two tennis courts, nature trails, a playground, and a clubhouse. The Wellington Park community began in the mid-90's, and we have approximately 430 homes today. We are part of the award-winning Blue Valley School District, and the Sunset Ridge Elementary School is located within the neighborhood.
