Regency By The Lake

Welcome to Regency By The Lake. A friendly community nestled in the heart of Overland Park, Kansas in Southern Johnson County. Our 251 homes surround the 13-acre Regency Lake Park. The park includes a lake with fishing docks, walking paths, a shelter to have a picnic and a playground for the children. Adjacent to the park is our community swimming pool. Just to the North of the neighborhood is the Lakewood Elementary and Middle school complex.
